THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the circular dated 04-05/04/2017 issued by the respondent No.1 inter alia seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allow the petitioner to write the examination of the pending subjects relating to III year LL.B Course.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent – University points out that the issue involved herein is no more res integra in view of the two Division Bench orders of this Court in W.A.No.1040/2018 [D.D. 30.05.2018] and W.A.Nos.6767-6781/2017 [D.D.
13.12.2017] whereby the validity of the circular issued by the respondent No.1 has been upheld and the writ petitions filed by the petitioners/students are dismissed, the copies of the said orders are placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the orders of the Division Bench of this Court, referred to supra.
