Petitioner's grievance is that for no obvious reason the amount of Group Insurance due and payable to him has not been released, although he has superannuated on 31.08.2011. It is stated that though various correspondence has been undertaken, but the amount has not been paid so far.
Sri R.B. Yadav, Advocate appearing for the respondent no. 2 states that grievance of the petitioner would be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction upon the authority concerned to release the amount of Group Insurance, which is found due and payable to him along with interest in terms of the applicable of government order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
