The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner was appointed as Helper in the respondent-Corporation and has worked diligently, and retired on 30.4.2018.
The petitioner claims that he is not being paid retiral dues despite several representations.
Sri M.K. Kushwaha, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 to 4 assures that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent- Corporation, his claim shall be considered in accordance with law with all expedition.
Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed off with giving a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, the Respondent No. 2 shall pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
The writ petitioner stands disposed off in terms of the said order.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of the order.
