Before approaching this Court, the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Mau ventilating his grievance with regard to certain illegalities in executing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The representation aforesaid was submitted on 3.10.2017 through speed post. Prior to that, certain other representations were submitted to the District Magistrate.
Looking to the facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the District Magistrate, Mau to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 28th May, 2018 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date the petitioner presents certified copy of this order before him along with copy of this petition for writ.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
