JUDGMENT / ORDER

Along with the Affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1, a copy of the order dated 01.10.2012 passed by the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Government of Gujarat has been produced on record. The respondents shall implement the said order in its true spirit irrespective of the operation of the model code of conduct for the ensuing Assembly Elections in December 2012. No further order is required to be passed in the matter. Hence, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service permitted.
