Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for certiorari quashing the sale proclamation dated 1.1.2011 and further mandamus that Deputy Commissioner Wadij Kar, Khand-12, District Ghaziabad-respondent no. 3 to decide review application containing the prayer for stay and further to consider the application filed by the petitioner for recall of the orders dated 03.03.2009, 06.03.2009 and 03.03.2010.
The sale proclamation (Annexure-9 to the writ petition) is a consequential action to the demand raised against the petitioner. The proceeding being consequential, we do not see any good ground to interfere with the said order. In so far as the application for review of the orders, it is open for the petitioner to press the same before the authorities concerned. No case has been made out to issue any direction.
With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
