Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 Only grievance of the petitioner is that his application of waiver under the U.P. Debt Relief Scheme, 2017 is pending before the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Aligarh since 24.7.2018 and not being decided.
This petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid application within period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
