ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 14-8- 2014 in I.A.No.633 of 2013 in I.A.No.402 of 2013 in O.S.No.235 of 2013 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, whereby he has granted police aid to the respondents for implementing the temporary injunction granted in I.A.No.402 of 2013.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that against the order in I.A.No.402 of 2013, her clients have filed a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and that so far no interim order has been granted by the lower appellate Court against the respondents.
In my opinion, so long as the interim injunction order remains in force, the petitioners are bound by the same. Therefore, I do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the order of the trial Court granting police aid for implementing its order. Hence, I do not find any merit in the revision petition. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the order under revision shall be subject to the result of the C.M.A. stated to have been filed by the petitioners against the order in I.A.No.402 of 2013.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.5167 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
