The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the Secretary/Minister of the Bharti Shiksha Samiti, Braj Pradesh, Mathura, which is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
The impugned order has been passed by a body which is neither a State nor an instrumentality of the State contemplated under Article 12 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is not maintainable and is dismissed.
