1. The present application is filed by Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Palej, Tal. & Dist. Bharuch and Talati-cum-Mantri of the same village. It is prayed that:-
"3. (A) Be pleased to pass appropriate order extending the time limit for filing the undertaking before the Registry;"
2. During the pendency of this application, it was complained that the opponent is not allowed to work. It is stated by learned Advocate Ms.N.P.Vithlani for the applicants that the opponent is allowed to work and is working.
3. The opponent-Salimkhan Rasulkhan Pathan is persent before the Court and states that he is allowed to work. This statement is explained to him in vernacular.
4. That being so, the present application praying for extension of time to file undertaking is granted.
