1. It appears from the earlier orders passed by this Court (Coram : K.S. Jhaveri, J.) that the main writ petitions are admitted by issuing "Rule" and the Court has granted ad-interim relief and in all the matters, notice is made returnable as to interim relief.
2. As per the present determination, final hearing of Special Civil Applications - Labour matters are allotted to this Court.
3. Registry is therefore directed to examine all these matters as the confirmation of interim relief would not mean final hearing of the writ petitions and after obtaining appropriate orders from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, place all these matters before appropriate bench at the earliest.
