JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Ashok N Parmar for respondent No.1 states that the respondent workman has been reinstated in compliance to the order dated 13.3.2012 passed by this Court (Coram : K.S.Jhaveri,J.). In view of the above, ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 13.3.2012 is confirmed and the same to continue as interim relief till final disposal of this petition.
