1. By way of this application the applicant seeks to replace parties, more particularly respondent nos. 8, 10, 11, 14, 18, 19, 23, 27, 29, 30 & 34 as earlier some of the persons who were residing in the respective bungalows have left the bungalows and in their place new occupants have come and therefore as on date are necessary party and therefore the applicant wants to substitute them in place of original respondents in the petition. Mr. Rawal appears for respondent no.1.
2. In view of the above, the prayers are accepted. The applicants are permitted to be substituted as respondents, as prayed for in the application. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
