1. The applicant by way of this application has come to know that other persons are also virtually affected by the result of the main petition and therefore the applicant prays to join them as party respondent nos. 35 to 38 in the main petition.

2. Considering the averments made in the application, as the application is filed at the stage of admission, the presence of other respondents is not necessary for disposal of this application. The application is allowed accordingly. The applicant is permitted to join respondent nos. 35 to 38 in the main petition.
