Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court below i.e. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sadar District Jaunpur be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Original Suit No. 491 of 2013 (Smt. Sarojbala and another Vs. Sahablal and others) within a time bound period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sadar District Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
With with aforesaid observations/directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
