Heard Mrs. V. Kumari, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Sudhir Kumar Chandraul, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
This correction application has been filed by applicant- Smt. Sarojani Mishra, seeking correction in the order dated 05.04.2021.
Learned counsel for applicant contends that in the fourth paragraph of order dated 05.04.2021, name of applicant has wrongly been transcribed as "Girijesh Pandey" in place of description "Smt. Sarojani Mishra" and further the description of case crime number is also incorrectly transcribed as "Case Crime No.1142 of 2020" in place of description "Case Crime No.0042 of 2020". He therefore contends that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 05.04.2021 be corrected.
Prayer made for in the correction application is bonafide.
Accordingly, it is hereby provided that in place of description "Girijesh Pandey" as occurring in the fourth line of fourth paragraph and the description of case crime number occurring in the fifth line of fourth paragraph of order dated 05.04.2021 following description, namely, "Smt. Sarojani Mishra" and "Case Crime No.0042 of 2020" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of earlier order dated 05.04.2021.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
