Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/First Additional Civil Judge (S. D.), Budaun to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 1678 of 2018 (Saroja Vs. Vikram Singh and others), under Sections 147, 323, 324, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., PS Kadarchowk, District Budaun within time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2018 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/First Additional Civil Judge (S. D.), Budaun to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 1678 of 2018 (Saroja Vs. Vikram Singh and others), under Sections 147, 323, 324, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., PS Kadarchowk, District Budaun expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
