JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for her willful and wanton disobedience of the order dated 12.08.2016 made in W.P.No.29156 of 2014.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners and at the request of the learned Government Advocate, the matter was adjourned by three weeks for reporting compliance.
3. Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, Mr.O.R.Mahesvaren, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent had complied with the order passed in WP.No.29156 of 2014, by passing an order on 06.09.2017. The learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by the respondent.
3. In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
