O R D E R Petitioner has approached this court under section 482 Cr.P.C., at crime stage seeking quashing of FIR registered against him.
2. Having gone through the complaint and the FIR, I find prima facie material which requires investigation by the Investigating Agency. Hence, I do not find any justifiable ground to quash the proceedings.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take appropriate action, if aggrieved by the final report submitted by the Investigating Agency.
