BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES NOTE.
[1] Speaking to minutes note has been filed learned advocate for the applicant for correcting order dated 08/05/2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.4208 of 2012. It is stated that instead of mentioning as "Rs.15 lacs", it has been mentioned as "Rs.50 lacs" in paragraph (3) of the order and hence, it is requested that the order be corrected accordingly.
[2] Under the circumstances, "Rs.50 lacs" as mentioned in paragraph (3) of the order dated 08/05/2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.4208 of 2012 is corrected to read as "Rs.15 lacs". Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly.
[3] This speaking to minutes note stands disposed of accordingly.
