Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Petitioner and respondent No.4 are alleged to be wife and husband but they are living separately. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.4 is threatening her and is not allowing her to live peacefully at any place. In the event, respondent No.4 is doing any offence by threatening or by interfering in the life of the petitioner, she may lodge an FIR against him or make a complaint to the concerned Magistrate, whereupon necessary action would be taken in accordance with law, if necessary, against the respondent No.4.
The writ petition, for the above purpose, is misconceived and stands disposed of, accordingly.
