Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for quashing of the order dated 01.12.2018 passed by 5th Additional Session Judge, Fatehpur in Criminal Revision No. 186 of 2017, Sushil Singh v. State of U.P. & Another arising out of a complaint u/s 145 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that though the order has bee passed by the court below remanding the matter to Sub- Divisional Magistrate but prays for a direction, so that disposal of proceedings is made with stipulated period.
Without going into the merits involved in the case, I hereby direct the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to dispose of the aforesaid case under remand within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
