Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The petitioner claims herself to be an Anganwari Worker and for promotion to the post of Supervisor after putting in more than 30 years of service filed a writ petition being Writ A No. 48788 of 2017, which was disposed of with the direction to respondent no.4 to decide her claim. By the impugned order dated 18.12.2017 the District Programme Officer has rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that he has no power for promotion to the post of Supervisor as the power vests with the Director-respondent no.2.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh representation is presented before it.
