The writ petition is directed against the notice dated 12.06.2017 for convening the meeting of No Confidence Motion dated 28.06.2017 against the petitioner who is the Pramukh of the Kshetra Panchayat, Shahabganj Chakiya, District- Chandauli.
The writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the passage of time.
Learned Standing Counsel also submits that the writ petition is infructuous.
It appears that none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition probably for the reason that the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
