Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in case crime no. 122 of 2020, under Sections 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1) Da, Dha of the SC/ST Act, Police Station- Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this Criminal Miscellaneous Anticipatory Bail Application.
Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, if the applicants have any grievance, they may seek regular bail before the appropriate forum. Noticeable fact is that applicant nos.1 and 3 are ladies, therefore, both are entitled to get benefit of provision of Section 437 Cr.P.C. while considering regular bail prayer of the both the ladies applicants.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed off.
It is made clear that nothing has been observed by this Court on merits.
