Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant is on bail in all the three cases shown in the gang-chart and is innocent.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I find it a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant namely, Saroj Jaiswal @ Kallo be released on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2010, under section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Kapsethi, District Varanasi on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned Order Date :- 30.6.2010 S.A.A.Rizvi
