Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 19th July, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the date of summoning order as occurring in the second line of second paragraph of the order dated 19th July, 2018 has wrongly been transcribed as "17.07.2018", whereas the correct date of summoning order is "17.07.2017". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake in the order dated 19th July, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Date of the summoning order as occurring in the second line of second paragraph of the order dated 19th July, 2018 shall be read as "17.07.2017".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 19th July, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
