Sri Vinod Singh and Sri Rajendra Prasad filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the private opposite party today, which is taken on record.
By means of present application, the applicants are praying to set aside the summoning order dated 18.09.2018 passed by the II-Additional Session Judge, Rampur as well as for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings initiated in Session Trial No. 217 of 2013 (State v. Kapil and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 1371-A of 2009, under sections 504, 506 and 307 IPC, P.S. Tanda, District Rampur.
In this regard needless to mention that alternative remedy to file revision in the matter is available to the applicants under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, therefore, they may file revision in the matter, if so advised.
The instant application is, accordingly, disposed of.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the order henceforth, keeping a photo copy of the same on record.
