JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file a supplementary affidavit to bring on record the relevant service rules pertaining to the promotion from the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri to Mukhya Sewika.
In the meantime, Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel shall seek instructions in the matter specifically in respect of the averments made in paragraph 7 of the writ petition.
