JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 22.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11070 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the fourth respondent in the writ petition in Na.Ka.No.063/2017 dated 23.01.2017 by which recommendations have been made to the office of the Accountant General, Chennai.
3.In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience in this regard. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, a direction is issued to the office of the Accountant General to pass appropriate orders on the recommendations made by the fourth respondent in the writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner has got any grievance, it is well open to her to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
