1. Heard Sri Raj Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
2. At the outset, Sri Raj Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the present petition, respondent no.6 has recorded the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.
3. In view of that statement, no dispute survives and the present petition is rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
