The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Appeal No.C- 2016010000125 of 2015-16 (Sarman Vs. Ram Saran & Ors.) under section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal No.C-2016010000125 of 2015-16 (Sarman Vs. Ram Saran & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
