Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Murtaza Ali Khan who earlier filed this petition is not present in whose presence the statement of the corpus having been produced before this Court got recorded in order dated 26.8.2019.
According to the statement of the corpus, Ms. Sarla Yadav has got married willingly along with one Hemant Kumar Yadav and residing in house of in-laws with him in matrimonial life.
Learned counsel Sri Diwakar Shukla has filed power on behalf of the petitioner, taken on record.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition seeking appropriate remedy in competent court of law.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
