Heard Shri Shravana Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 2. No one appears on behalf of respondents no. 3 to 5 although Shri Atul Tej Kulshrestha has accepted notice on their behalf.
The petitioner is seeking reimbursement of her medical claim and states that she has preferred a representation in this regard before the respondent no. 5-Chairman, Nagar Palika Parishad, Muzaffar Nagar on 13.12.2017 but no decision has been taken.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all her grievance as raised in the present writ petition within fifteen days from today before the respondent no. 5-Chairman, Nagar Palika Parishad, Muzaffar Naga, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 5 in accordance with law within a further period of one month.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
