1. Called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of the revisionists to press this revision. Learned AGA for the State is present.
2. This criminal revision has been directed against the impugned judgment and order dated 11.6.1996 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.93 of 1995, 'Smt. Sarla and others versus Shiv Singh' whereby Rs.200/- has been awarded to the opposite party no.1, Rs. 100 has been awarded to respondent nos. 2 & 3 total Rs.400/- per month for maintenance on application under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
3. Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the material available on record.
4. From perusal of impugned order, material available on record and having heard the learned AGA, I see no illegality or irregularity committed by the Court below in passing the impugned order. I also do not find any good ground to interfere in the same. No interference is warranted.
5. Moreover, it appears that either cause of action or any interest to the revisionists no more survives or by efflux of time revisionist lost interest in the matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and probably for this reasons, none is interested to have decided this matter on merit and that is why counsel for the revisionists is absent.
6. Revision is dismissed accordingly.
7. However, it is open to the revisionists to approach this Court to recall the order, if any, interest or cause of action still survives.
