This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 27.10.2020 passed by the Additional Collector (Judicial), Chandauli by which the application moved by the petitioner for correction of map was rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the writ petition and submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an Appeal.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. However, if the petitioner files an Appeal within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order, duly certified by the learned counsel, then without going into the question of limitation the Appeal shall be entertained and shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
