1. Heard Shri Suyash Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the Revenue.
2. By a detailed order dated 17.08.2021 in Writ Tax No. 524 of 2021, we have entertained that writ petition and granted interim protection therein.
3. For reasons contained in that order, present writ petition is also entertained and there shall be stay of reassessment proceedings for A.Y. 2013-14.
4. List this case in the additional cause list on 21.09.2021.
5. Parties may exchange affidavits in the meanwhile.
