Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioners is that the Revision being Case No.01144 of 2019, Computerized Case No.C201915000001144, under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 challenging the order dated 24.06.2019, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid Revision expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision being Case No.01144 of 2019, Computerized Case No.C201915000001144, under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 challenging the order dated 24.06.2019, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
