JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer for transfer put in by the petitioner wife is not opposed by the respondent husband. Hence O.P.No. 1599/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petition is allowed.
