Heard Sri Rudreshwari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Civil Judge(Senior Division) Court No.13, Allahabad to decide the Suit No.559 of 2005(Sarika Yadav vs. Salig Ram Pal) expeditiously, within a stipulated time period.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the Suit is pending since year 2005 and could not be proceeded due to delaying tactics adopted by the respondent and only prayer is to direct the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the same.
Without going into merit of the case, it is appropriate that the above Suit be decided expeditiously.
In view of above, the Civil Judge(Senior Division), Court No.13, Allahabad/Court concerned is directed to decide the Suit No.559 of 2005(Sarika Yadav vs. Salig Ram Pal) expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting adjournment unnecessarily to either of the parties, unless there is any legal impediment.
With aforesaid direction, the instant petition is finally disposed of.
