Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has appeared in T.E.T. Examination, 2011 and the respondent has allotted a Roll Number being 16035558.
The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner secured hundred and three marks and thereafter the petitioner was called for counselling by the respondent but till date the result of the petitioner is not known to the petitioner nor the petitioner is informed by the respondents about the result of the petitioner.
The petitioner claims that in this regard the petitioner has approached the respondent nos, 3,4,5 and 6 by means of the representation sent through speed-post on 26.11.2018, which is yet pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, with the consent of the counsels for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 3,4,5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representation preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
