JUDGMENT / ORDER

Insofar as the First Appeal Nos. 1351 to 1354 of 1992 are concerned, the same are already DISPOSED OF by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2010 rendered in Civil Application Nos.10112 to 10116 of 2010.
As regards the First Appeal No.1335 of 1993 is concerned, the original claim of the claimants therein was Rs.3,00,000/-, which was fully awarded by the tribunal along with 12% interest. Under the circumstances, First Appeal No.1335 of 1993 is dismissed.
