Learned advocate for the respondent submits that the matter be disposed of, as the parties have arrived at understanding and settlement whereunder the respondent Company-employer agrees to pay Rs. superannuation and this payment will be full and final settlement towards all the claims and on that basis the petition be disposed of. Learned advocate Shri Upadyay for the petitioners is not present, but he has consented for seeking disposal of this matter. Orders accordingly. The payment be made, as assured, within a period three weeks, as agreed. Liberty to both the parties to approach the Court by way of appropriate application. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No costs.
