Heard learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This revision is directed against the the order dated 18.11.2009 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut, in case No. 76 of 2007 (Smt. Aasma Vs. Sarfraz under section 125 Cr.P.C.By the order aforesaid interim maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- has been awarded to the opposite party no.2 and Rs. 1,000/- has been awarded to her minor daughter Km. Pinki from the date of the application as interim maintenance.
Perusal of the order shows that there is allegation that revisionist is running business of .Milk Diary in Delhi and his income is more than Rs.20,000/- per month. This court by order dated 15.12.2009 directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre for settlment their dispute. Mediation Centre has sent report that revisionist was not present but the opposite party no.2 was present.
After going through the order of the court below, conduct of the revisionist of not making any effort to settle the matter and by the order aforesaid only interim maintenance has been granted to the opposite party no.2 and her minor daughter no good ground for interference is made out.
In view of the above impugned judgement and order does not suffers from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this court.The revision lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed Hence revision is dismissed.
