The petitioner herein seek for quashing of the First Information Report dated 01.07.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0181 of 2021, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S- Badhalganj, District- Gorakhpur.
From a bare perusal of the first information report, it cannot be said that the petitioner has not been involved in any anti social activities or the offence under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act' 1986, is not made out.
We, therefore, do not find it a fit case to interfere, as any interference at this stage may impede the process of speedy investigation.
