In pursuance to our order dated 28.05.2018, Mrs. Jyoti Maurya, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sirathu, District Kaushambi is present in person. Affidavit filed by her is taken on record.
The officer has tendered apology and has submitted an explanation that due to inexperience, the impugned order was passed, which has now been withdrawn.
The explanation submitted by the officer is sufficient and we do not propose any further action in the matter.
Since the impugned order has been withdrawn, the petitioner is left with no cause of action and the writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
