In view of objection raised by Sri Girijesh Tiwari on behalf of the respondents that petitioner no.1 is not a member of the society and that petitioner no.2 has no right to be absorbed in view of the fact that post itself is to be filled by direct recruitment, learned counsel for the petitioners comes with the prayer to withdraw this petition.
Prayer made is allowed. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
