This petition has been preferred seeking the following relief:
"Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to settle/allot the Arazi/Gata No. 1228-Kha, area 0.1210 hectare, Gata No. 1229, area 0.7010 hectare, Gata No. 1230- Kha area 0.0940 hectare and Gata No. 1231, area 0.8790 hectare pond's/tall land in favour of respondent No. 4 or in favour of any other."
It is manifest from the record that no allotments as apprehended have been made. In view thereof, the Court is of the considered opinion that this petition is clearly premature.
It is accordingly dismissed.
