Learned counsel for the petitioners states that fresh developments have taken place on account of which he does not want to press instant habeas corpus petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
I am of the opinion that several dates have been fixed in the present petition and orders have been passed, on account of which Court's precious time has been waisted. In view of it, out the total amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited by petitioner no.2, Mubassir in the Registry of this Court, Rs.10,000/- shall be released in favour of corpus,petitioner no.1, Sareen through her counsel forthwith, after due verification and remaining amount of Rs.10,000/- shall be deposited by the Registrar General of this Court in the head "State Legal Services Authority, High Court Allahabad."
