THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20780 of 2009 Between:
1. Sareddy Obul Reddy, and another PETITIONERS AND 1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by Director of Mines and Geology, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Ms. P. Srilatha Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri P. Nagender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
